Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted remotely or in Merced County, California. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and arbitration costs. You and Unlocked Policy LLC each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
